Hansym

Assessment coverage.

Coverage is specific to forms and source reports, not to assessment families. A family name on this page never means every form of that family is supported. Reviewed against the shipping software on 14 August 2026.

Hansym writes score cells only where a complete, verified route exists from a particular publisher source report to a particular destination in your prepared template. Everything else is either detected and handed back to you for manual entry, or not implemented at all. The app states which of the three tiers an assessment falls into before it writes anything.

Writes score cells today

Eleven assessments, each under the form or source contract named here. A form listed in the third column is not covered — it is either routed to review or refused before any file is created.

AssessmentWhat writes todayNot covered
BASC-3 Parent and Teacher rating-scale reports Self-Report — detected and routed to review; no verified automated metric
BRIEF2A (Adult) Self-Report The BRIEF2A (Adult) Self-Report Interpretive Report: the self-rated scales plus the BRI, ERI, CRI and GEC indexes BRIEF2 Parent, Teacher and child/adolescent Self-Report forms — edition and form equivalence is unproven. BRIEF-A is not implemented at all
BYI-2 Self-Report: Self-Concept (BSCI-Y), Anxiety (BAI-Y), Anger (BANI-Y), Disruptive Behavior (BDBI-Y), Depression (BDI-Y) Inventories the source reports as not administered are skipped and noted rather than filled
CAARS-2 The full-length Observer report, when the source states an observer relationship of spouse, domestic partner or romantic partner Self-Report; Short forms; ADHD Index-only outputs; other observer relationships
CEFI Parent and Teacher Self-Report; CEFI-A, which is not implemented
Conners 4 The full-length Teacher single-rater report; the full-length Parent report only when the source names exactly one relationship to the child, and that relationship is Mother Self-Report; Short forms; ADHD Index-only forms; any other parent or guardian relationship
CPT-3 One Single Administration Assessment Report per file Progress Reports; multi-administration or combined sources
D-KEFS The verified Verbal Fluency rows — combined letter, category and switching total, letter fluency, category fluency, category switching total correct, category switching total switching accuracy — read from the combined CVLT-3 + D-KEFS + WMS-5 source layout Every other D-KEFS subtest; splitting a combined source into its parts
WAIS-V Score Report primary composites (FSIQ, VCI, VSI, FRI, WMI, PSI) and the primary subtests Ancillary and complementary composites — there are no destination rows for them
WISC-V Combined Score Report: FSIQ and the five primary index scores, plus the subtests in the verified layout Splitting a combined source into its parts
WRAT-5 Combined Score Report: Math Computation, Spelling, Word Reading, Sentence Comprehension, Reading Composite Splitting a combined source into its parts

Three rules apply to every row above. Destinations are resolved from the table’s own title, headers and row labels in your prepared template, never from a remembered table position. A measure the source reports as not administered is left untouched and listed in the run’s review notes rather than filled in. And Executive Functioning is always score-only — the process never infers an Executive Functioning classification from a T-score.

Detected, routed to review

These five are recognized from the PDF’s contents and reported in the run, but no cells are written, because no complete automated route from source to destination has been verified. You still enter those scores by hand. Hansym tells you this before generating, not afterwards.

  • ASRS Adult no verified Adult-form mapping
  • PAI no automated mapping
  • CVLT-3 extracted from the combined source, but no automated mapping
  • WMS-5 no verified edition-matched mapping
  • K-CPT 2 no verified extractor

Planned / not currently available

These twelve are named in the app’s assessment list but cannot be written. There is no committed release date for any of them, and none of them should be planned around. If your battery depends on one, Hansym is not a fit for that part of your workflow today — say so at the demo and we will tell you plainly.

The app also carries a broader internal registry of assessment names used for planning. Registry membership is not coverage and is not a roadmap; only the first tier on this page writes anything.

What the app shows you

One queue row held back: a sample Conners 4 Teacher PDF marked “Possible Conners 4” instead of a confirmed detection.
A file Hansym cannot confirm stays in the queue with its own label, and the run will not proceed until you resolve it.
